a gem found, a heart warmed
early flightkind receptionistlovely surprisetiresome flight
the hotel was close to the city center, merely ten minutes away. we arrived early, and the receptionist offered our room at 9:30 am because it was available, a gesture i will never forget. it was such a lovely surprise after a tiresome early flight, i felt relieved.
The frosted glass wall in my large en-suite shower room gave me slight concerns about privacy. It was not my most preferred design element.

the room felt both spacious and clean, designed in an industrial style that i found modern. an open concept shower added a touch of uniqueness, it expanded the space. it felt fresh and inviting.

the hotel has a very good location and it allowed us to walk nearly everywhere. tram and bus stops are very close if we wanted to travel further. we saw many options for easy transport.

breakfast had lovely choices and catered very well to my needs for gluten-free options. the staff ensures there are always tea and coffee in the room. i especially adored the coffee provided by the hotel.

the staff looked very helpful and always had a smile, their assistance meant so much to us. our voucher for public transport added so much value to the experience. the employees seemed courteous.
